AI sales development rep

Your whole list, called. Your best leads, handed to you live.

What she does

Five jobs a rep never has time for

Dials

Works the day's call batch, biggest targets first, and leaves a voicemail when a machine answers.

Qualifies

Asks a short script for your vertical: right contact, real need, timing.

Hands off

Transfers a Green lead to you on the same call, or books time on your calendar.

Follows up

Sends the follow-up email from your own Microsoft 365 mailbox after every Yellow call.

Reports

Builds the Friday report from call outcomes, by vertical and state.

How it works

One call, five steps

Every call follows the same sequence. Scout decides the next move on each turn and records it as structured data, so nothing depends on reading a transcript later.

  1. Step 1Dial from the scheduleThe list is spread across working days so every account gets reached.
  2. Step 2Human or machineAnswering-machine detection decides on the first ring whether to talk or leave a message.
  3. Step 3QualifyRight contact, current need, timing. Scout says up front that she is automated.
  4. Step 4ScoreThe call ends Red, Yellow or Green, with notes.
  5. Step 5Hand offWarm transfer, booked meeting, or follow-up email.

Red, Yellow, Green

Scout scores leads the way sales teams already do. Accounts stay on the list until a contact says no.

Green

Reached the right contact and confirmed a need.

→ warm transfer or meeting

Yellow

Reached the right contact. Need unclear or not immediate.

→ follow-up email, re-call

Red

Didn't get through, or the right contact isn't known yet.

→ voicemail, retry, research

Pricing · pilot rates for 2026

Published prices. No demo required to see them.

Try Scout free for 30 days or start on the intro rate. Then pick one of three plans, billed annually. Every plan includes calling, scoring, warm transfer and the Friday report.

Telephony and AI usage are included up to each plan's monthly limits. Competition averages come from October 2026 research into seven AI SDR platforms, using published prices where vendors list them and reported purchase data where they don't. Actual vendor quotes vary.

Ground rules

Built to stay on the right side of the call

An AI that calls people for you has to be held to a standard. These are fixed, not settings.

Always disclosed

Every call opens by saying Scout is an automated assistant calling on the rep's behalf.

Consent first

Calls to cell phones require the prospect's prior consent under the TCPA. A contact who asks not to be called comes off the list.

No invented data

Scout never makes up a company, contact, phone number or email. Unverified fields stay blank and flagged.

The rep stays in charge

Scout hands off. The rep closes. Every call outcome and note is visible to the rep.

FAQ

Questions reps ask first

Does Scout replace my SDR team?

No. Scout takes the dialing, first-touch qualification and follow-up email off the rep's plate so the rep spends time on Green leads and meetings.

What happens when a prospect wants to talk now?

Scout places the prospect on a brief hold, calls the rep, announces the lead, and joins all three on one line. If the rep doesn't pick up, Scout books a meeting instead.

Where does my target list come from?

Import the list you already work from. A research agent that builds and verifies new target lists by vertical is on the roadmap.

Which email and calendar does Scout use?

Microsoft 365 today. Meetings land on the rep's own calendar and follow-ups go out from the rep's own mailbox.

How do the free trial and intro rate work?

The free trial runs Scout on part of your real target list for 30 days with Field features. The intro rate gives you three months of Scout at $120 a month. When either one ends, you choose a plan or stop.

Is the voice natural?

The pilot uses turn-based neural voice, so the prospect finishes speaking before Scout replies. Real-time streaming voice with interruption handling is the next release.
